To achieve the project objectives, the Syrian Forum Foundation wishes to announce a tender:

The "Dulny" initiative, one of the initiatives of the Syrian Forum, aims to contract with a training service provider to implement and deliver two entrepreneurship training programs. This will total 144 in-person training hours for approximately 50 trainees. The provider must supply everything required for the training camp, including professional trainers, halls equipped with necessary technology, and all necessary hospitality and other requirements, in all of the following areas: Aleppo - Azaz.

Suppliers should submit their offers in closed and sealed envelopes to us before the expiration date at 15:00 on 10/11/2025, the offer must be in two envelopes “technical and financial " also the documents in the envelopes must be stamped and signed.The offers must be delivered to the Syrian Forum office :
