SAMS Foundation informs all prospective bidders that Addendum No. 01 has been issued regarding the Request for Tender (RFT) for the Provision of Neuro and Neurosurgery Devices for Deir-Ezzor National Hospital (Ref#: 821020-RFT-260625).

Summary of Addendum No. 01 Amendments:

Revision of Technical Evaluation Criteria: The Technical Evaluation Criteria for Device 1 (Mobile C-Arm System) in Section 4 and Annex A have been updated. Extension of Submission Deadline: The deadline to submit quotations has been extended to allow bidders sufficient time to adjust their offers according to the revised technical criteria.

Mandatory Requirement: Bidders must sign, stamp, and include a copy of signed Addendum No. 01 within their Technical Proposal as proof of receipt and acknowledgment
