save lives. SAMS works to serve the medical needs of millions of Syrians, support doctors and medical
professionals, and rebuild healthcare. SAMS organizes medical missions, provides professional and educational
training to Syrian physicians, and delivers medicine and medical supplies to hospitals and vulnerable families in
Syria.
SAMS Foundation invites qualified bidders to submit quotations for the supply of IT Equipment, in
accordance with the following attachments:

All Quotations must be submitted to the following secured email: [email protected] indicating
the reference # “Reference# 767134-PR-260279” in the subject line.
The deadline to submit quotations is set on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 4:00 PM local time
All quotations received after the stated deadline Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 4:00 PM local time will be
automatically rejected and will not be considered for evaluation.
Bidders are required to submit clear photos and a product catalogue detailing the technical specifications of the
offered samples/items. Any quotation that does not include the required technical documentation and
supporting materials will be considered non-compliant and therefore disqualified from the evaluation process.
