
MedGlobal-Syria is a local, non-profit medical organization, jointly funded by MedGlobal and several donors. Registered in Turkey in 2020 and in Syria in 2025, it works on the front lines of crisis relief, particularly in health care and nutrition, to alleviate suffering and save lives. MedGlobal-Syria provides health services and rebuilds healthcare for those in need. It supports doctors and medical professionals through professional training and education and provides medicines and medical supplies to hospitals and vulnerable families, including refugees and internally displaced people, in disaster-stricken and disadvantaged areas.
MedGlobal-Syria offers assistance to people based on need, regardless of race, religion, gender, or political affiliation. The organization comprises medical and public health volunteers from diverse backgrounds.

Each bidder must submit their bid as follows:

You must send two separate emails, one for your technical offer and the other for your financial offer.
You must name the email with the type of offer ("Technical Offer" or "Financial Offer"), and in the subject line, state the following:
A. RFP No. 26-31-SY 002-011for contracting services with an auditing company for 2025.
B. Company Name
C. Type of Offer ("Technical Offer" or "Financial Offer")
D. Number of emails sent, e.g., 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3.
E. If the financial and technical offers are combined and sent via a single email, the offer will be rejected.
You may not use an external link to send your offers, such as an online drive. All RFP documents must be attached to your emails. Only bids submitted via the secure email address provided above will be accepted.
All RFP documents must be signed and stamped. (Sign and stamp each page of the RFP.) Submitting any unclear or ambiguous documents may result in their rejection or exclusion from evaluation.
For any bid containing incorrect calculations, such as the unit price or other significant calculation errors (including, but not limited to, submitting a bid in a currency other than US dollars), or any ambiguity, the procurement committee may disqualify the bid.
