SAMS organizes medical missions, provides professional and educational training to Syrian physicians, and delivers medicine and medical supplies to hospitals and vulnerable families in Syria.

SAMS Foundation invites qualified bidders to submit quotations for the supply of Medical Equipment, in accordance with the following attachments:

All Quotations must be submitted to the following secured email: syria.procurement @sams-usa.net indicating the reference # "Reference# 82137-PR-260623" in the subject line.

The deadline to submit quotations is set on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 4:00 PM local time

All quotations received after the stated deadline will be automatically rejected and will not be considered for evaluation.

Suppliers must submit photos of the offered items, the relevant equipment catalogs and clearly indicate the manufacturer and country of origin for each item. Failure to provide this required information will result in the offer being considered technically non-compliant and theretore rejected
