The SAMS Foundation is a non-profit, non-political, medical and humanitarian relief organization that is working on the front lines of crisis relief in Syria, in neighboring countries, and beyond to alleviate suffering and save lives. SAMS works to serve the medical needs of millions of Syrians, support doctors and medical professionals, and rebuild healthcare. SAMS organizes medical missions, provides professional and educational training to Syrian physicians, and delivers medicine and medical supplies to hospitals and vulnerable families in Syria.

SAMS Foundation invites qualified bidders to submit quotations for the supply of Medical Equipment, in accordance with the following attachments:

• BOQ

All Quotations must be submitted to the following secured email: [email protected] indicating the reference # “Reference# 821055-PR-260643” in the subject line.

The deadline to submit quotations is set on Sunday, June 14, 2026 at 4:00 PM local time

All quotations received after the stated deadline will be automatically rejected and will not be considered for evaluation.

Suppliers must submit photos of the offered items, the relevant equipment catalogs, and clearly indicate the manufacturer and country of origin for each item. Failure to provide this required information will result in the offer being considered technically non-compliant and therefore rejected.
