The SAMS Foundation is a non-profit, non-political, medical and humanitarian relief organization that is working on the front lines of crisis relief in Syria, in neighboring countries, and beyond to alleviate suffering and save lives. SAMS works to serve the medical needs of millions of Syrians, support doctors and medical professionals, and rebuild healthcare. SAMS organizes medical missions, provides professional and educational training to Syrian physicians, and delivers medicine and medical supplies to hospitals and vulnerable families in Syria.

SAMS Foundation invites qualified bidders to submit quotations for the supply of General consumables , in accordance with the following attachments:

• Annex 1

All Quotations must be submitted to the following secured email: [email protected] indicating the reference # “Reference # RFQ 82135-PR-260264  operations General consumables   ” in the subject line.

The deadline to submit quotations is set on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 4:00 PM local time

All quotations received after the stated deadline Monday, March 2, 2026 at 4:00 PM local time will be automatically rejected and will not be considered for evaluation.

Bidders must clearly indicate the country of origin and the manufacturer’s name for each offered item. Any quotation that fails to provide this information will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for evaluation.
