Public invitation to Participate in a Tender for PURCHASING ICT EQUIPMENT (LAPTOPS-PRINTERS)

Announcement Date: Wednesday, July 22, 2026 Deadline for Submission of Bids: Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 23:59 (Syria time)

CARE International announces its intention to solicit bids from qualified companies and suppliers to participate in PURCHASING ICT EQUIPMENT (LAPTOPS-PRINTERS) to Aleppo Governorate.

Interested companies are requested to review the Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents for full technical and administrative details related to the tender.

Contracting and Pricing Model

Goods agreement Implementation starts after contract signature Bidders are required to submit prices using the RFQ template. Prices must be in USD. The Payment will be in Syrian Pound; CARE may apply the exchange rate offered by Al Baraka Bank when it is more favorable than the official Central Bank exchange rate

Bids sent to any other email address or submitted by hand will not be accepted.

Bid Requirements

Bidders must include the following documents:

Completed, signed, and stamped Request for Quotation (RFQ) form Valid Commercial Registration Valid Tax Clearance Certificate Proven previous experience in the same field, including number of years of experience catalogs for all required Items.

Note: All above requirements are mandatory. Any non-compliant bid may be rejected.

Important Notes

If any item fails to meet at least the minimum required specifications, the entire offer may be rejected. Late submissions after the deadline will not be accepted. The awarded supplier must obtain all necessary official approvals for transport and securing of materials, including approvals from the Humanitarian Affairs Office and customs clearance procedures when required.
