CARE International announces its intention to solicit bids from qualified companies and suppliers to participate in Service Agreement for OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE FOR WATER FACILITIES IN NAWROZ CAMP in Al-Hasakah Governorate.

Interested companies are requested to review the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for full technical and administrative details related to the tender.

Based on the winning bid  and less than 4 months

Bid Requirements

Bidders must include the following documents:

Completed, signed, and stamped Request for Proposal (RFP) form Completed, priced Financial Offer (in USD), signed and stamped, with the corresponding Excel file attached Completed, signed, and stamped Technical Offer form Valid Commercial Registration Valid Tax Clearance Certificate Proven previous experience in the same field, including number of years of experience Detailed technical proposal including data, photos, and catalogs for all required components, confirming compliance with the specifications in the BoQ

Note: All above requirements are mandatory. Any non-compliant bid may be rejected.

Important Notes

Failure to provide any item that meets at least the minimum requirements may result in rejection of the entire bid. Bids that do not achieve the minimum required technical score of 35% out of 60% will be excluded from the financial evaluation. Late submissions after the deadline will not be accepted. The first party undertakes to pay for the services/goods performed in US dollars or their equivalent in Syrian pounds in the event that payment in Syrian pounds is made mandatory by the Syrian government, in accordance with the exchange rate adopted by the Central Bank of Syria, as evidenced by a bank exchange receipt. Payment will be made by bank transfer to the second party’s bank account in Syrian pounds, with the supplier bearing all fees and charges incurred in transferring the funds from the organization’s account to their own. Please note that the submitted materials must be completely free of BIS, meaning they must not contain American technology. Please note that the inquiry email is different from the bid submission email. The awarded supplier must obtain all necessary official approvals for transport and securing of materials, including approvals from the Humanitarian Affairs Office and customs clearance procedures when required. Materials originating from OFAC-sanctioned countries (e.g., Iran, North Korea, Cuba) will not be accepted.
