Offers must be submitted in one sealed envelope, addressed to a People in Need (PIN) office at one of the following locations:
PIN Office – Raqqa: Aleppo Road, Al-Furat District, opposite the former Directorate of Environment.
PIN Office – Aleppo: Nile Street, Al-Siha Association area, opposite the local market.
The envelope must clearly indicate the tender reference number (SYRC002642), the company name, and its contact information. It must also bear the following statement:
“DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 12/11/2026.”
Suppliers are required to submit samples of the kits for each lot they are bidding for, together with their submitted offers. Failure to provide the required samples will result in automatic disqualification from the tender.
The samples must be packed in boxes and bags that are ready to be carried by hand, using the same packaging method intended for transportation and final delivery to the required locations.
All qualified and interested companies are encouraged to participate and submit their offers before the specified deadline, in full compliance with all terms, conditions, and requirements outlined in the tender documents.
