People in Need (PIN) invites qualified and experienced suppliers to participate in tender SYRC002619 for the establishment of a 24-month Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of IT equipment to PIN offices across Syria.

The scope includes IT hardware, laptop accessories, networking and communication equipment, peripherals, spare parts, and other related IT supplies.

This stage is for supplier qualification and technical evaluation only. No prices shall be submitted at this stage. Qualified suppliers will subsequently be invited to participate in individual Calls for Bids (CFBs), according to PIN’s operational needs.

Bidders must submit a complete technical offer covering all items listed in Annex 1, together with the documents required in the Tender Notice.
