CARE International announces its intention to solicit bids from qualified companies and suppliers to participate in a non-fixed price Long-Term Framework Agreement for ACCOMMODATION AND CONFERENCE HOSTING HOTELS across various locations in all Syrian governorates, as needed.
Interested companies are requested to review the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for full technical and administrative details related to the tender.
Agreement Duration
Two years (24 months) Extendable for one additional year (12 months) based on performance and need
The Geographical Areas:
The Service Provider is requested to submit offers for all available hotels within their portfolio across Syria that are capable of providing the required services.
Contracting and Pricing Model
The agreement is a framework agreement with no commitment to fixed quantities. Implementation will be through Purchase Orders / Service Orders issued as needed. Pricing will be determined through requesting quotations from pre-qualified suppliers who pass the technical evaluation and sign a contract with CARE. There is no total contract value.

Bid Requirements
Bidders must include the following documents:
Completed, signed, and stamped Request for Proposal (RFP) form
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Note: All above requirements are mandatory. Any non-compliant bid may be rejected.
Important Notes
Bidders may express interest one or more geographical regions. Late submissions will not be accepted. The Payment will be in Syrian Pound; in case that the contracted currency is USD, CARE may apply the exchange rate offered by Al Baraka Bank when it is more favorable than the official Central Bank exchange rate. The inquiry email is different from the bid submission email.
