مالتيزر إنترناشونال (MI) هي وكالة الإغاثة الإنسانية التابعة لـ الهيئة السيادية لفرسان مالطا، وتقدم المساعدات الإنسانية للمتضررين من النزاعات والكوارث حول العالم منذ أكثر من 60 عامًا. وتعمل المنظمة في سوريا منذ عام 2014، من خلال الشراكة بشكل رئيسي مع المنظمات الوطنية لتعزيز القدرات المحلية وتنفيذ برامج في مجالات الصحة، والمياه والإصحاح والنظافة (WASH)، والأمن الغذائي والتغذوي، مع التركيز على الفئات الأكثر ضعفًا وتحقيق أثر مستدام.
