Following the invitation to tender referenced above, please find the attached application file.

Any request for clarification must be received in writing by Solidarites International at least five (5) calendar days before the offer submission deadline stated in Article 4 of the present application file. Solidarites International will respond to bidder questions at least three (3) calendar days before the submission deadline.

The bidder shall bear all costs associated with preparing and submitting the offer, and SI will not be responsible or liable for those costs.

We look forward to receiving your offer at the address specified in the Instructions to Bidders before June 10th , 2026, at 4:00 PM Syrian time, as outlined in the cover letter.

If you decide not to submit an offer, we would appreciate it if you could inform us in writing, including the reasons for your decision.

نتطلع إلى استلام عرضكم على العنوان المحدد في تعليمات مقدمي العطاءات قبل الساعة الرابعة مساءً بتوقيت سوريا، الموافق 10 حزيران 2026، كما هو موضح في الرسالة المرفقة.

في حال قررتم عدم تقديم عرض، نرجو إبلاغنا كتابيًا بأسباب قراركم.
