يجب ان تكون المستندات والشروط التالية موضوعة ضمن ظرف مختوم وهي:
يجب الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية: يجب أن تؤكد الشركة المقدمة للخدمة على أن -الملحق A - جميع العناصر الفنية المطلوبة في المنتجات والخدمات استوفيت الشروط المطلوبة او زادت عليها (ولم تنقص)، وفي حال وجود مخالفات، تتحمل الجهة المنفذة التكاليف اللازمة لتصحيحها.
The following documents and conditions must be enclosed in a sealed envelope:
Annex A - Technical Specifications - completed, stamped, and submitted by the company and Experience in similar maintenance projects (number of projects, type, locations) In addition to the action plan and implementation period. Annex B – financial offer and BOQ - submitted by the company.. Annex C – Proof of Liability - completed, signed, and submitted. Annex D - Supplier Registration Form..
Compliance with Technical Specifications: The supplying company must confirm that all required technical specifications outlined in - Annex A - have been met or exceeded them (and not lacking any). And In case of any non-compliance, the executing party shall bear the full cost of corrections.
