آلية التقديم:
يتم تسليم العروض يدويًا إلى مكتب منظمة إنسان الخيرية في سوريا – إدلب – معرة مصرين – طريق معارة الاخوان.
يجب أن يُقدَّم العرض داخل ظرف خارجي مختوم يحتوي على ظرفين داخليين:
* ظرف العرض الفني
* ظرف العرض المالي
يجب أن يُكتب على كل ظرف داخلي:
* اسم الشركة
* رقم التواصل (الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني)
* نوع العرض (فني / مالي)
سيكون هناك جلسة توضيحية عن المناقصة بتاريخ 14-09-2025 الساعة الواحد ظهرا في مكتب المنظمة حسب العنوان الموضح أعلاه. حضور هذه الجلسة ليس إلزاميا.
آخر موعد لاستلام العروض: 22-09-2025 الساعة الثالثة عصرا
سيتم رفض أي عرض يصل بعد هذا التاريخ.

Submission procedure:
Bids must be submitted by hand to the Insan Charity Organization office in Syria - Idlib - Ma'arat Misrin - Ma'arat al-Ikhwan Road. The bid must be submitted in a sealed outer envelope containing two inner envelopes:
* Technical bid envelope
* Financial bid envelope
Each inner envelope must be marked with:
* Company name
* Contact number (phone and email)
* Bid type (technical/financial)
A tender explanation session will be held on September 14, 2025, at 1:00 PM, at the organization's office, at the address shown above. Attendance at this session is not mandatory.
Deadline for submission of bids: September 22, 2025, at 3:00 PM
Any bid received after this date will be rejected.
