تسعى الخوذ البيضاء في التعاقد مع مزود/مزودين لتوريد سيارات خدمة جديدة (فان) وسيارات سياحية حسب شروط و إجراءات العملية التوريدية.

تاريخ نهاية الإعلان  :  20/ Nov /2025 الساعة: 4:00 بعد الظهر.

يجب على الراغبين بتقديم عروض أسعار طلب ملف العملية من فريق المشتريات في الخوذ البيضاء عن طريق طلبها من الإيميل التالي:

• يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم العرض المالي و العرض الفني ضمن ظروف منفصلة، و إلا فسوف يتم رفض العرض.
• يجب أن يحوي العطاء الواحد (عرض العارض) على ظرفين:
• 1- ظرف العرض الفني (1-17): يحوي طلب المناقصة و الوثائق الثبوتية الداعمة و عينات أو صور أو الكتالوجات ان وجدت، و نسخة الملف الفني للعملية موّقع و مختوم.
• 2- ظرف العرض مالي(18): يحوي العرض المالي موقع ومختوم.

يجب أن تظهر العروض بوضوح أسماء العارضين وعناوينهم وأرقام هواتفهم وأن تحمل الختم القانوني للعارض وأن يقدم إلى العنوان المذكور أدناه قبل نهاية الاعلان بتاريخ 20/ Nov /2025  الساعة 4:00 بعد الظهر.

يرجى ملاحظة أن العروض التي يتم استلامها بعد انتهاء الموعد النهائي لتقديم العروض سيتم رفضها.

White Helmets seeks to contract with a supplier(s) new service vehicles (Van) and (SUV)  According to the terms and procedures of the supply process.

PR Number: PR-2025-NL-148.

Start date: 07 / Nov /2025.

End date: 20/ Nov /2025 Time: 16:00 PM.

• The bidder must submit the financial offer and the technical offer by separate envelopes, otherwise the offer will be rejected.
• One bid (the bidder's offer) must contain two envelopes:
• 1- The technical offer envelope (1-17) contains the RFT, bidder’s identity, photos and catalogs of the required items if any, and the technical offer file copy, stamped and signed.
• 2- The financial offer envelope (18) contains the financial offer, RFQ stamped and signed.

Bids must clearly show the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the bidder and bear the legal stamp of the bidder and be submitted to the address mentioned below before the end of the announcement on   20/ Nov/2025 at 16:00.

Please note that offers received after the deadline for submission of offers will be rejected.
