جمعية تكافل النمسا
في إطار برنامج إعادة إعمار سوريا، تعلن جمعية تكافل النمسا عن تحديث قاعدة بيانات مزوّدي الخدمة لديها، بهدف بناء شبكة من الشركاء المؤهلين والقادرين على تقديم خدمات بجودة عالية، لا سيما في مجالات البناء، المقاولات، والخدمات العامة.
ندعو جميع الموردين الراغبين بالتسجيل أو تحديث بياناتهم إلى تعبئة نموذج التسجيل الإلكتروني عبر الرابط أدناه، وذلك قبل تاريخ: 06-07-2025.

أولًا – الوثائق المطلوبة (إلزامية):
1. نسخة عن رخصة الشركة أو السجل التجاري.
2. نسخة من رخصة مزاولة المهنة أو المقاولات (إن وجدت).
3. شهادة تسجيل في غرفة التجارة أو الصناعة.
4. نسخ من عقود سابقة منفّذة من قبل الشركة.
5. رسائل توصية أو تزكية من جهات تم التعاقد معها سابقًا.
6. نسخ من شهادات الجودة (إن وجدت).
ثانيًا – وثائق إضافية (تُعتبر قيمة مضافة في التقييم):
1. نسخة من الهيكل الإداري للشركة.
2. كشف حساب بنكي حديث باسم الشركة.
3. أي وثائق أخرى داعمة (مثل كتالوجات، بروشورات، سجل خبرات...).
ثالثًا – شروط ومعايير الأهلية:
1. وجود مقر عمل فعلي (شركة – مكتب – مستودع – محل...).
2. تسجيل قانوني أو ترخيص صادر عن الجهات المختصة.
3. وجود حساب بنكي باسم الشركة، أو التعهد بفتحه خلال فترة قصيرة.

يمنح التسجيل في قاعدة البيانات أفضلية في التقييم الفني والمالي ضمن عمليات الشراء لدى الجمعية.
يُعتبر إرسال الطلب بمثابة إقرار من المورد بالالتزام بمبادئ الشفافية، مكافحة الفساد، الحماية من الاستغلال، واحترام المعايير الإنسانية المعتمدة لدى جمعية تكافل النمسا.
Vendor Database Update Announcement
Takaful Al-Namsa Association
As part of its Syria Reconstruction Program, Takaful Al-Namsa Association announces the update of its Vendor Database, aiming to build a network of qualified service providers capable of delivering high-quality services, particularly in the fields of construction, contracting, and general services.
All suppliers wishing to register or update their information are kindly requested to fill out the online registration form at the link below no later than July 6, 2025.

Required Documents (Mandatory):
1. A copy of the company license or commercial registration.
2. A copy of the professional or contracting license (if available).
3. Certificate of registration with the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.
4. Copies of previously executed contracts.
5. Recommendation or reference letters from previous clients.
6. Copies of quality certificates (if available).
Additional Documents (Added Value for Evaluation):
1. Company organizational chart.
2. Recent tax statement.
3. Recent bank account statement under the company name.
4. Any other supporting documents (e.g., catalogs, brochures, experience records…).
Eligibility Criteria:
1. The company must have a physical location (office, warehouse, store, etc.).
2. Must be legally registered or licensed by relevant authorities.
3. Must have a bank account under the company name or commit to opening one shortly.

Registration provides priority in technical and financial evaluations during procurement processes.
